Rates for the 2026 Tryon Fall Season and the 2026–27 winter season are listed below. Reservations are limited to preserve the quiet character of the house and to ensure every guest experiences the property as a private residence rather than a commercial accommodation.

Rates are for the private guest wing of Dunwyck Hall: three king en-suite bedrooms for your party of up to six, together with the house's six historic reception rooms. The owners live in a separate wing, close at hand should you need anything, and otherwise out of the way.
