Rates for the 2026–27 winter season are listed below. Reservations are limited to preserve the quiet character of the house and to ensure every guest experiences the property as a private residence rather than a commercial accommodation.
Autumn & Winter 2026-27
November 3, 2026 – April 30, 2027 · three private king suites, with the principal rooms of the house to enjoy
Sunday–Thursday nights: $1,000* (≈ $335 per suite per night)
Friday & Saturday nights: $1,200* (≈ $400 per suite per night)

Rates are for the private guest wing of Dunwyck Hall: three king en-suite bedrooms for your party of up to six, together with the house's six historic reception rooms. The owners live in a separate wing, close at hand should you need anything, and otherwise out of the way.

*Plus applicable state and local taxes (12.75%). A $500 cleaning fee applies to each stay, and a $2,500 refundable damage deposit is required.
